Spent one night - took the Garífuna cultural tour in the AM out of the tiny Dibasei office down the street- and now checking out for a 2:30 boat back to the river. Great clean rooms with AC"

"Gringos, stay away! Both the hotel and restaurant staff seemed annoyed with our limited Spanish. We had to request service from the restaurant staff the whole time. The rooms are incredibly overpriced for the quality. We had toilet issues and no water pressure or hot water. They charged for everything, including the use of pillows. Worst hotel we stayed at while traveling in Guatemala!"
