(132 reviews) We had the most amazing stay at this property! The hotel was insanely beautiful and very well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and accommodated every request we had. Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. I will definitely be back in the future, not one bad thing to say about this hotel!!! Huge thank you to the staff- you truly made this a memorable stay for us! (404 reviews) I submitted a review after the first night, that the room did not have a desk or table. I was very frustrated and was not kind. The reception desk manager made arrangements to move me to another room that had everything I need. Danilo went above and beyond to provide me what I needed. I had fruit for breakfast and everything was excellent. The rooftop restaurant and bar had unbelieveable views of the area.
