About this property

Pauanui Oceanside beach house

  • We invite genuine, family orientated people to come and enjoy the excellent lifestyle this unique area offers. Our home is architecturally designed, comfortable and is located very close to the ocean beach. Great for summer, with its large front, yet secluded, terrace and gas fired BBQ. It is ideal for entertaining, or just sitting looking at the ocean, some 50 metres down the reserve. Winter is something special at Pauanui Oceanside. The warmth of the wood-burner fire with fans that distribute warmth throughout the home. The serenity of the area makes it a great way to entertain your family, friends and business associates. There are many activities in the area including restaurants and cafes,a small shopping center including a mini supermarket, bakery and video shop, 3 golf courses, mini golf, skate board bowl, walks, parks, boating, fishing, ocean or harbour swimming, horse riding and it's not far from famous Hot Water Beach and beautiful Cathedral Cove. Most of all it's a great place to relax and get away from it all.

    NOTE: we do not provide a linen service. There are blankets on the beds but you will need to bring your own sheets and towels.
