VILLA BAY SALENTO

The property is located in San Gregorio, Marina di Patù, a small village perched on a natural cove with crystal-clear waters, just a few kilometres from Santa Maria di Leuca, “De finibus terrare,” the southernmost tip of Apulia, where the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea meet.
The house is situated in a panoramic location in the upper part of the small village of San Gregorio, just a few metres from the sea.
It is a single-story home.
There are 2 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, each with a cot (sleeps 8), 2 full bathrooms with showers, a kitchen opening onto a rear terrace, and a spacious, bright living room opening onto a large terrace complete with an outdoor table and lounge chairs, offering a sea view. Two additional sleeping spots are available via a two-seater sofa bed in the living room. The house is equipped with every comfort, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning with vents in every room.
Another beautiful furnished terrace/solarium above the house features a gazebo, beach chairs, a barbecue, a table, chairs, and stone benches adorned with comfortable cushions.

The beach is within walking distance. The beaches are public, but there are also equipped beaches nearby with water play areas.

S. Gregorio is one of the last towns along the Ionian coast, which borders the western side of the Salento peninsula. It is a small, very quiet, and uncrowded village with a newsstand, a mini-market, two bars, and two restaurants serving fresh seafood. Due to its geography, the bay on which it stands was once a natural harbour. The surrounding coastline alternates between small rocky coves and stretches of very fine white sand.

About 4 km south of S. Gregorio lies S. Maria di Leuca, a lively and popular port town; Gallipoli is a 15-minute drive away, Otranto is a 30-minute drive away, and Lecce—where you can admire the “Lecce Baroque”—is an hour’s drive away.
