8.6/10 Excellent! (203 reviews)
Extremely disappointed. The key card never worked so I had to go the reception every single time and ask them to send someone with a master key card. They replaced my key card 3 times but that didnt help. Meanwhile it was raining and the corridor ceilings were leaking. I found a dead cockroach in my bathroom. So overall...horrible.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (554 reviews)
"A beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean. A large wedding departed the day we checked in and another checked in while we were there. They book the majority of the hotel, so it does feel a bit like normal guests are surplus. Areas sectioned off, music pounding, wedding guests returning late at night, ..."
