A 34 sq.m. studio room condo on high Floor of Jomtien Beach condominium, S1 Building.  
Just 3 minutes walk to Jomtien Beach in Pattaya city, Chonburi province.  
  
With large swimming pool , Fitness club , Free parking area. , 3 elevators in each building.  
24-hour on-site security  
  
There are many restaurants and laundry shop downstairs. A convenience store is just 2 minutes walk. Also there is a night market with street food and fruit stall nearby , just 5-6 minutes walk.  
  
Our apartment is fully furnished, Bed with bed sheet and pillow covers, Wardrobe, Sofa , 32 inch Lcd TV , Dining table , Pantry with Electric stove, Microwave oven, Refrigerator, electric Kettle and kitchen wares.  
You can enjoy sea food and water sport along the beach (Jomtien beach is 6.0 Kilometers long ,approx.).,
