On the last day returned to the hotel around 4.30pm , only to be told we had to change rooms because maintenance men had been in the apartment ripping up floor tiles in the middle of the kitchen . When we left the apartmen that mornig there was no stand out problem with the floorig. On the last night of our holiday the last thing we wanted to do was pack up & move 2 adults ,2 teenage daughters & 1 2 year old grandson. Big strike 3\. It has 2 outdoor pools and the guest rooms on the Ground Floor have balconies which are connected to the pools, i.e. you can be in the water in 0-2 seconds. The rooms are spacious, I had a car rental and the hotel has a very big well lit underground car park and the restaurant in the hotel lobby serves tasty local and western dishes at a very reasonable price. However, the "soft" side from Front Desk staff, to Housekeeping to the Waiter and Waitress at the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired but with the right training and development I have no doubt this hotel will become one of the better, if not the best, boutique hotel in Jomtiem Beach in no time.
