It's very convenient within 20 minutes to get to the other areas e.g. Nongnuch Botanic Park, Central Pattaya Department Store, Cartoon Network Water Park and Pattaya Floating Market. This private Thai-Lanna villa was a mix of genuine teak wood and modern electricity appliances. Ramida Pool Villa is 2 storeys, attached chlorine 4\*7 private swimming pool. This Pattaya pool villa offer 4 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8-16 people easily. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobe, air conditioners, hot-cold water system, shower and window to the wind blow-in: Master room with one large bed (6 ft), en-suite bathroom with bathtub, dressing area, on the 2nd floor of the villa. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equipped with 2 twin beds each, situated on the 2nd floor next to each other The 4th bedroom is next to the swimming pool with one 6-foot double bed, on the ground floor suitable for elderly or young children. Living room are highly decorate in luxury with genuine leather sofa, adaptable to be a bed for 2 persons, 49" LED Sumsung series 6 TV, CCTV, connecting to dinning area and kitchen. Kitchen offer modern design with full amenities: 4-hole electric stove, electric kettle, 1.8-litre rice cooker, toaster, full sets of kitchenware, microwave and refrigerator.
