MADEE VILLA - PATTAYA HOLIDAY HOUSE - WALKING STREET
The villa is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary luxury: billiards, international TV in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi, large furniture, modern fully equipped kitchen, etc.
It has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (including 5 en-suite bathrooms): 1 master bedroom with very large bed, 4 bedrooms with large beds and 1 bedroom with double bed in a bungalow.
2 double sofa beds are available as extra beds.
All rooms are air-conditioned for comfortable and restorative sleep.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, water cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, complete set of dishes...
A washing machine and a shelf are available.
The villa also has an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue area.
The swimming pool measures 5 x 8 meters with crystal clear water heated by the sun of Pattaya!
Ideally located in a secure 24/7 residence with laundry and taxi service. Close to all amenities, you will find very good restaurants open morning, midday and evening as well as supermarkets type 7-Eleven.
Upon arrival my Thai assistant will welcome you. The beds will be made and towels will be at your disposal. A professional team will clean every 3 days.
Electricity is excluded; the meter will be measured with you at the entrance of the premises, the price is 8 baht the KW.
Airport/villa shuttle service available. A private driver will wait for you at the airport exit and lead you to the villa of your holidays.
Scooters available for rent during your stay, possibility to drop them off at the villa for your arrival.
Taxi service on request. Private bus tours, guided tours around Pattaya…
