Great hotel great location , i will always start my holiday in pattay from here , quiet on night time and 1 min walk from everything you need . Rooms are big , clean , great stay .

Solo stay with positive impressions
All good - nice staff comfortable room and bed. Good value. Nice quiet niche in a convenient area Could have more power point options, and BYO tea and coffee.

August Suites never disappoint.
August Suites is a great place to stay,as it is centrally located.The lady Mew that looked after the Pool bar provided excellent service with a smile.Beware anyone booking a future trip,as there will be major building work behind the pool area.I experienced excessive noise,when they broke up the old concrete foundations for 5 days on my trip.Hotels.com could have done better in advising me,as I would have stayed somewhere else for the those 5 days.I will stay there again,as all the staff are great.

Fantastic staff especially the front desk lady Ms. Rolannie. She is so helpful and dedicated. Whenever I have a problem, she immediately seeks a quick solution to make my stay stress free and enjoyable. I could not manage my vacatiin without her wise guidance. Once again, thank you to all the staff for the wonderful service during my stay.

Highly recommended
Excellent stay at this hotel, everywhere is clean. The was spacious with very large bed, possible two double beds in size.The pool and pool side bar are very well maintained. Used the sanua facility most and also excellent. Staff and cleaners friendly. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

August Suites is still my favourite Hotel in Pattaya based on price, location and facilities. My only concern is during my 3 stays this year there seem to have an invasion of ants.

Stayed here a few times lovely hotel Staff are very good rooms are nice The only thing is that the pool was under renovations, but wasn’t a problem because you have the choice to use two other pools in nearby hotels Will be staying again

Room are massive and clean , hotel very quiet no road noise , only problem i had , was the pool was being maintained and i did not know before booking , so had to move after 4 days , but the pool looks great , just wish i had known on Expedia tut tut .
