Mis advertising, advertised as queen bed and double bed for us having 2 young children the double bed was a fold out sofa which was impossible so sleep on as on side was hard. Continental breakfast was advertised as included but they say they don’t have any.

First thing you will pay 20-25$ more for cleaning fees, and the swimming pool it’s like jail you can’t eat, drink, smoke, talking load, only you can swim, maybe it’s good for kids.

A little disappointing
When we got there, the email said to go into building S, so we did, but there was no-one at the desk. There were people working in a room next to it but even though they could see us and our luggage, none of them were professional enough to come out the door and help. We went into their room to be told rather uninteresting that the reception was through a door at the back of building S. We were charged a 500 Baht cleaning fee twice, once online under mandatory fees and then at the reception itself. At this time we are waiting for hotels.com to get back to us regarding this issue, they have contacted the resort. The resort advertises free breakfast, yet we never saw any on offer or even anywhere they could have done it. They advertise a gym but we never found it, after our check in we didn't bother asking anyone. Other than that, in the room itself, we had a barely flushing toilet, which led to it being blocked, no-one wants to be unblocking a toilet... And only one functioning hob on the cooker. Again we didn't bother mentioning it. The resort itself was actually good. The condo was nice and comfortable, a really nice pool and close to everything we needed.If it wasn't for their ridiculous cleaning fee, we would stay again.

Tricky check-in process
In overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, the check-in process was a bit tricky as the 'Hotel' itself was run by individual apartment owners and there was no check-in counter. I had to call Hotels.com -which was very helpful- to find where can I check-in as their local phone number was unavailable to be reached.

The waterpark inside the condominium was closed for renovations.We didn't know about it.Apparently it was closed for weeks before but wasn't mentioned in Travelocity.We usually trust that Travelocity has certain standards but you failed me.It was the main reasons why we booked this condominium. The property is not well maintained.I have to basically went to the 7-11 next door( a plus)for my essential supplies. It relatively close to the beach.Friendly but passive staffs.Nice location though not too loud and crazy at night.Relatively close to everything.I wouldn't stay again.

To crowed and noisy full of kids I wouldn’t recommend this property for relaxing and don’t forget the extra charge when you get there for cleaning 500 baht

The hotel location is not very convenient. There is a lack of professional hotel management and staff, none of the staff is in unform, none of them could speak fluent English. Poor illumination at night in the lobby. There is often no staff at reception counter. The kitchen tap is very loose. The door lock is not working properly. Wifi signal and speed should be improved a bit. While the room is overall clean, but the charging a cleaning fee of THB500 is not very justifiable. The swimming pool is up to standard.

We have a standby handyman who could have fixed your door lock if we were informed. 500THB cleaning fee is for cleaning. Reception has attendants there 24/7. However, your comments have been noted and would be looked into immediately.We hope to have you back soon.

Worst experience I've had from multiple countries.
This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a hotel. It's not even a hotel. It's a condo. The reception was closed. There were no signs and the only people working were security. They didn't know where to go or who to ask. We were on the phone calling over and over again for 20+ minutes until somebody finally answered. They told us to go to another building (separate from the reception which was closed). When we got there they said your key is in the box. It wasn't. Then she said since the key isn't in the box you don't have a room. I told her we already paid on Hotels.com. She insisted that we didn't have a room if our key wasn't there. (magic box I guess). Luckily someone walked past us as we were standing there confused and tired. He said to go downstairs. I ask if the elevator can take us. He rushes down the stairs and we rush to follow him with our heavy suitcases down the stairs. It turns out he actually works there and we could've taken the elevator. We get to the (secondary reception?) room and have to wait in line behind people who have issues with the "hotel". After trying to figure out where to go and what to do to for almost two hours we finally talk to the employee behind the desk. He finds the reservation online. (I guess the magic box was wrong). He tells us that we have to give almost $20 non refundable "cleaning fee". I tell him that I already paid for the room online. He doesn't budge. I've never had the run around and bait and switch so bad. Terrible.

My sink is broken the first night I was there and it took them 24 hours for them to fix it they didn’t give me a refund for having a broken sink I couldn’t even take a shower so I very much felt uncomfortable to be there

Perfect swimming pool for children.
Fairly good accommodation. Very nice and polite lady at the reception. We arrived earlier and she let us leave our suitcases in her office while our room was getting ready for us. The same on our departure, we had to check-out at 11am and wait for our taxi till 3pm. She let us leave our stuff in her office and spend the time by the swimming pool. She was also very helpful with changing our towels.

Great for a unit condo
First of all the room safe was not there and it took until next day to receive. :( So slow, Internet service was a hassle conecting & receiving a stable connection. The belcony slide door was not secure even after they try to fix, flywire many mosquitoe welcoming holes, 😂, and they make u pay 500baht to clean the unit after we check out, "not good"! Also sign in unit that mentions please don't keep aircon on full cuz electricity is expensive so disappointing to read like that people come from around the world to enjoy there stay and should nit have such requests to guests. Other than that its a great location 7eleven downstairs also swimming pool is excellent, and staff are friendly, great place to stay especially close to many beach shopping stalls, night markets,restaurants and fun activities organizers.

Thanks for your review-it was nice to have you stay. If you walk to the beach road(just 200m away) you can actually see many public transport for just THB 10/person into town while enjoying the amazing sea/ocean view.

Ok for the price, but you need transportation
Just a place to sleep, not very clean shower. About 10 minutes walk to Jomtien beach. Very big pool but not many chairs. No pool towel service as this is condo living. No daily cleaning, I asked mid week for cleaning and fresh towels, It was provided efficiently at the cost of 500 Baht.

Thanks for your review and our place is more than just a place to sleep. We do our best to clean thoroughly before guest arrives but of course if you're not satisfied you can always call or email us to send our cleaners again. We also have office on site where you can request for a pool towel and we will supply it if availble. We offer daily cleaning but at extra fee. Jomtien beach is actually 5 minutes walk away.

Arrived at condo and rooms were not ready, booked executive rooms, definitely not executive, sofa bed in lounge was all stained, bathroom was discusting, mouldeverywhere, hairs on drains on floor, sink coming away from sink unit. Asked for a bother pillow and told no as you only get 1 per person, no water all day Wednesday, so couldn't even use toilet, complained but got nowhere

* The only positive comment it is close to the beach and restaurants. * on arrival the apartment was very dirty. Skirting boards filthy. Paint on bedroom wall obviously painted over and over and just flaked off all over our cases daily. * taps in bathroom and kitchen swivelled around. * drains smelt and blocked, shower very dirty * in desperate need of double glazing to cut out road noise * it was our 50th wedding anniversary (golden) present to each other, if we could have got a refund we would not have spent one night in the Atlantis, but as it was we had to endure 25 nights! * the guards on the doors and gates were obnoxious and full of their own importance * when we arrived in Jomtein the hotel we booked for two nights was lovely and far cheaper

We’re sorry you were unhappy - we’ll work hard to fix the issue you experienced. Thanks for letting us know. However, we do have staffs and a manager on site where you can make a request or send us a message or better still, call us on the phone for any assistance. We did not hear anything from you during your entire stay, so we assumed all was well and as part of our policy, we always strive to give our guests absolute privacy during their vacation. As for the guards, they do not work for us and most don't speak English and Thais would rather not talk to you than embarrass themselves. Hope we can improve better in the future.

Where Do I Check In?
Got an email telling us how to check in. Got to the guard gate and didn't know about the building mention in the email (Athena). Had to make a complete circle around the buildings before we realize the building name was on the entry. The guard show know this. Checked in and was told the keys are at the building we staying. Got to the building but the guard didn't know anything about the keys and we need the keys to enter the building. The guard let us in and found the keys were in the room.

Best Swimming pool in the Pattaya area!
Arrived at 11.30am. This is a condo resort so no front desk as such. The office is on the right hand side of the entrance through some glass doors. The check in time was 2pm, so I knew some waiting was going to happen. The women in the office very kindly let us leave our bags in her office, so we could go out and get a bite to eat, she said she will get the room ready as soon as possible. Came back at 1pm and the room was ready. The room was very clean, and an ideal location literally 10 steps from the children's play area. Basic cooking utensils, microwave, kettle, coffee and tea provided. 4 large towels in the bathroom. No daily cleaning provided, but was possible by just calling the lady in the office. 500 baht taken for the cleaning charge. Overall I enjoyed my stay here this time, and I highly recommend the room I had, especially if you have small children. Just a note to say that they have clamped down on issues which the resort was experiencing on my last stay, people using the pool who aren't guests staying at the resort,people getting drunk around the pool area, broken glass in the pool,. 2000 baht fines are in place, I noticed more security guards too Maintenance issues which have been sorted, brand new children's play area, be careful with the blue bucket at the top of the play area when it tips over the amount of water is too much, and has knocked children off their feet These things have nothing to do with the owners of the rooms,they pay a maintenance charge.

Great self contained Condo close to beach
Condo was clean and well maintained with useful info posted on the door of places to go, distances. Rocky on the front desk was super friendly and helpful and when I had a problem with my internet he persevered with fixing the problem which turned out to be quite technical and time consuming. Once fixed the internet was very fast. The pool is huge and clean, perfect for a dip after a long hot day out at the markets and a big hit with kids. Would recommend staying here , especially suitable for families with children

When we booked the room it said there was a charge of 500 thai b ,that went up to 800b when we check in.there was no hot water working,that was sorted out quickly.the boat was under construction and the water slide was not working at the pool,and to top it all off,was my son and I step on some broken glass which was in the pool.

Very nice pool
The room was as expected and it was clean but it would be nice if there was a washing machine .. The pool was wonderful .. I would definitely come back to stay here again .. My family had a great time .

don't book there
as most flights from America, I landed at BKK 11:30PM, by the time I get to Atlantis Resort Jomtien Beach is 1:30am, it has no frontdesk to check-in, and no one to assist you for check-in, call the number on the reservation +66999171250, with no answer, had no choise but to go to near by hotel to book one night, next morning called the same number, lady answered, but the lady claim that is fully booked, no more condo for me, how can it be when I booked it 3 month before, and paid in full, lady says, sorry, "I can your reservation" thanks to Hotels.com, made a full refund. if you book with them make sure you call after booking, and call again before you leave home to cpmform/

Dette hotelle svare ikke ut fra det du finner på Hotels.com. Ingenting fungerte som det skulle. Dusjen var det enten iskaldt eller glovarmt, ingen mellomting. Aircondition var enten varm eller iskaldt som resulterte at jeg ble syk. Måtte vaske rommet og kopper før vi tok det i bruk. Håper Hotels.com sletter dette hotellet fra demmes side.

到着すると、車のゲートのところで何処の棟ですか?(各棟アルファベットで記されているようです)と聞かれ、こちらは把握していないので困りました。レセプションのようなところに連れていかれ、予約した者の名前を言ってもリストに入ってないと言われてしまい、ホテルの関係者であろう女性に電話を繋がれましたが、あまり英語が通じず、、ブッキングナンバーを教えてくれと言われましたが、いままではパスポートや名前でチェックインできたのでブッキングナンバーが何なのかりかいできませんでした。結局エクスペディアアプリの追加情報に入っている確認番号の事でした。分かりにくい。チェックインにこんなに手間がかかったのは初めててす。暑いなか30分くらい掛かりました。 部屋は広かったですが、入り口ドアの調子が悪く勢い良く開け閉めしないといけなかったので、いちいちドンという音に周りに申し訳ない気持ちでした。シャワールームは洗面器トイレとの仕切りがないので床がビショビショになります。 楽しみにしていたプールは写真では綺麗な青色ですが実際は濁った緑色で、わたしは入ることができませんでした。残念です。 お値段を見ると許容範囲と思う箇所もありますが、チェックインからてこずり散々な思いで、あまり良い印象ではありませんでした。次の利用は無しです。

Es gibt nichts Positives zu erzählen. Doch die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert ansonsten kann ich das beim besten Willen für eine Familienunterkunft nicht empfehlen. Wir sind nach einem Tag abgereist, Unsauber und abgewohnt. Ich würde diese Einrichtung auf gar keinen Fall weiter empfehlen würde sogar noch weitergehen und sagen dass so etwas Hotels.com nicht vermitteln dürfte..

Wir haben auch Handarbeiter und Zimmermädchen zur Verfügung, um alle Fragen der Reinigung und Reparatur zu klären, wenn sie vom Gast informiert werden. Ich glaube, unsere Mitarbeiter waren nicht informiert. Ich bin froh, dass Sie am Ende das bekommen haben, was Sie wollten.

Друзья , не рекомендую этот отель . Менеджер индус ,который идёт любой повод содрать деньги . Прилетели поздно ночью 9 марта ( в 10 вечера) ресепшене ни души ,охранник который спит и толком ничего не смог объяснить . В общем через 2 часа разбудили менеджера ,который сказал ,что я не бронировал и меня нет в списках,предложил за 3 000 бат переночевать ,а с утра решить нашу проблему . И тут на компе ,когда выбирали номер для ночевки , я вижу свое ФИО на 14. Дней бронь . Долго извинялся , сказал ночь поздно не соображает . Далее попросил меня 500 бат за уборку номера ( ни разу не убирали за 14 дней)!!!! В номере безобразие- грязно ,оборванные занавески, дырки от удара в двери ванной . Сильно пожалел . Но старался об этом не думать . Не хотите пробоем , выбирайте другой отель .

Vraiment aime l 'independance total.moins la vue sur garden qui est en fait le mur d en face et plus bas un terrain vague.pas du tout aime l accueil, 1h 30 pour avoir les clefs,apres etre passe dans le bureau degueu d 'un indien super antipathique.500 baths pour un menage fait avec un rateau(?) Piaule fonctionnelle et bien equipee ,ideale pour recevoir!!!

เชคอินได้ค่อนข้างยาก เก็บค่าทำความสะอาดเพิ่มอีก 500 บาท แต่เด็กๆชอบสระว่ายน้ำมากค่ะ มี 7-11 ใต้ตึก เดินทางไปสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสะดวก ห้องกว้างขวางมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน

สภาพจริงต่างกับรูปในเวป สกปรกเหม็นอับ บริการแย่
ห้องพักกับภาพคนละเรื่อง สกปรกทุกอย่าง ห้องมีกลิ่นอับมาก ผ้าม่านมีคราบเหมือนอึ โซฟาเน่ามาก ฝุ่นเพียบ service แย่ แจ้งเพิ่มคนเข้าพักต้องลงมาเอาผ้าห่มกับหมอนเอง หมอนมีเปื้อนรอยเท้า จะ Check Out ต้องรอพนักงานมาทำงานตอน 10 โมง รวมๆ ทั้งหมดคือแย่ ปรับปรุงด่วน!!!

Это не Кондо, а просто ужас
Наши впечатления начались с того как мы прилетели в Бангкок, заказ трансфер, нас ни кто не встретил. Бегая и по аэропорту так и нашел не встречающих ни кого. Итог заказали такси. Но это было только начало приехав к Atlantis Resort Jomtien Beach, тех кто занимается расселением найти не могу звонили им не однократно они скидывают наверно с сотого раза это удалось. Нас заселили и кондо убирали не заранее а такое ощущение за 5 минут до нашего приезда. Кондо конечно уставшее, но это особо не смутило, да и что пугает нашего человека(ножки у дивана сломаны и он на столько не удобный что разложив его готовтесь к тому что будете спать и всю ночь просыпать что бы перевернуться на другой бок, так тело затекает вед спишь на доске, а ноги получаются ниже чем тело, стиральной машины нет хоть и заявлено). Полотенце дали только с 3 раза когда уже пошел к ним сам, ну и постельное несли так же. Заплатив за уборку, это сделают всего лишь один раз, когда вы сами им об этом скажете заявлено, что должны делать через день. Да наблюдал еще такую картину разговор русского туриста и управляющего по телефону, они так же обслуживают еще один дом. Турист едет на машине и пытается найти куда ему ехать так как не много заплутал, управляющий просит поговорит с туристом. Мы с ним нашли общий язык сразу, ну и в разговоре, говорю давайте я Вам сейчас отправлю точный адрес в WhatsApp, на что он мне отвечает пусть сам ищет есть интернет. Ну вот такие впечатления от Кондо и от упраляющей компании.

Пожалуйста, сообщите, что вы всегда можете встретить водителя в месте встречи в аэропорту, у меня нет записей о том, что произошло. Регистрация заезда после 14:00, когда вы приедете раньше, у нас есть лобби, вы можете подождать или мы позаботимся о ваших сумках, и вы можете пойти и насладиться пляжем в 250 метрах от нашего здания.

Lite svårt att hitta till hon som delade ut nyckeln. Låg i byggnad S långt in bakom hissen. Ingen skyltning. Men efter det helt ok. Riktigt fint bad för de som gillar att bada.

早朝夜中のチェックインでしたが、チェックインの仕方がわかりにくく、部屋に入れるまで30分位かかりました。室内はとても清潔感があるとは言いようがなく、壁紙は破れたり、剥がれたりしており、水回りも出たり出なかったりでオーシャンビューのキッチン付きの部屋で1泊5000円弱かかりましたが、キッチンの蛇口は壊れているわ、水は出ないわで値段の割に高い気がしました。空港までのタクシーサービスに関してもメールに1500バーツとの記載がありましたが、オフィスに話をしたら3000バーツと言われた為、他で頼みました。唯一好印象だったのはプールでしたが、冬場で私は寒くて入れませんでしたが、子供は大喜びでした。海までは歩いて10分かからないので便利かとは思いますが、またこのホテルに宿泊するかどうかは分かりません。

フィードバックを提供するために時間を割いていただきありがとうございます。 アトランティスから道路を渡ってすぐのビーチまで直接歩いた場合は、わずか250メートルしか歩けません(すべてのバー、マッサージ、ショップまで)。 空港からのタクシー料金は1,500バーツでした。タクシーの運転手(標準価格)のチェックイン時間は午後2時でした。
