Karen was not only courteous and helpful at the Front Desk but we watched her work in the heat to maintain a clean and presentable resort. We can't say enough on how good of a person Karen is. With an employee like Karen, staff in the kitchen and front desk, there is no question I will go back again because to me it's not just about the place and its location, it's about the people who work there.
