There are some mosquitoes inside the room, they bit my daughters elbow, back and legs, they bit the back of my left leg and it turned up cellulitis, The staff are fine but after 3 days they never help us carry our things anymore. This is not the kind of hotel im expecting, its so expensive, i add few thousands of pesos for my daughter. Very bad experience. No way i can recommend this hotel. You are down."
