    Situated in a quiet area, our accommodation invites you to relax or take long walks along the Danube. The bus stop is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there, you can reach the city centre or Passau’s picturesque Old Town—with its many narrow alleys and shopping options—in just under 10 minutes.

    You can start your day with a cup of coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer.

    The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily whip up three-course meals. From a toaster and kettle to all kinds of kitchen utensils, you’ll find everything you need there! There’s also a microwave.

    In the living area, you can enjoy your films or TV shows on our TV!
