The location and the property was perfect. The check in process was the WORST EVER! They never sent us the check-in link which was noted in the confirmation that I would receive within 24 hours of our stay. At about noon of our Check-in date, I still had not received it. It took about 6 phone calls to the property, two calls to Expedia and three hours later (after check-in time to be able to get the link and check in. I really felt that i had been scammed, but the Expedia rep was very helpful and contacted the property about two times herself (made no headway) and then she transferred me to the relocation department which also called the property - then and only then did the property send the check-in link. This took no less than three hours on the phone with one of us talking to Expedia and the other trying to work with the property (also sent the property several messages asking for the check-in link and they kept sending us the confirmation without the link). I am very thankful for the Expedia rep who helped us - I believe if it was not for her help, we would have not been able to get checked in and we would have lost our reservation and money. After losing three hours of being able to explore Passau as we had planned, we checked in and continued on. Just a BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE!
