The property is accessed from a large car park, the villa is surrounded by citrus grove, olive trees and other typically Mediterranean fruit trees, on three sides the villa is surrounded by large verandas equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and a wooden lounge where they can have their meals and relax surrounded by tranquility and nature. The villa consists of three bedrooms furnished for a total of 8 beds. A built-in kitchen with fridge, electric oven, hob, wood stove and all the necessary equipment for cooking and eating meals, two bathrooms, a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a large entrance serves as a hallway. Outside, among the olive trees there is a double swing.

#### Beautiful villa in an ideal location
We loved our stay at ‘Villa Al Borgo’ because the villa was so comfortable and relaxing; especially the outdoor living space: the large veranda with comfortable, relaxing chairs and a table and 6 chairs where we ate all our meals. The orchard provided fresh fruit and the views of the Sicilian hills were magnificent. The best feature of the property was Marina and her family who did everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is superb; close to beaches and churches and close enough to Palermo that we could have a day there learning Sicilian driving skills! The villa is only a ten minute walk from the pretty village of Parrini which has some fantastic pizzerias; I enjoyed the best pizza I’ve ever had here. I recommend this villa to anyone who wants to enjoy western Sicily.

La casa - fresca spaziosa e molto ben tenuta - è immersa nella campagna ed è veramente bella, perfetta per una vacanza tra mare e siti artistici e archeologici. La veranda è il suo punto di forza. Soggiorno perfetto! La struttura a disposizione è una villetta di cui non ci si può veramente lamentare, ampio portico dove mangiare immersi nella natura, la casa infatti si affaccia su un vasto giardino rigoglioso di frutteti. All'interno la pulizia era impeccabile, tenuta in ottime condizioni e dotata dei servizi principali, compresi tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. È perfetta sia per 3 coppie che per un ampia famiglia. A tutto questo si aggiunge la proprietaria della casa, la signora Marina, gentilissima e sempre disponibile per informazioni e consigli, sia durante il soggiorno e sia in fase di prenotazione... Che dire, un ottimo soggiorno sicuramente da consigliare.

#### Vacanza tra natura e relax
La posizione è ideale se si vuole soggiornare lontano dai rumori e immersi nella pace assoluta. Tutte le spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili a soli 10 minuti di auto e tutto può essere raggiunto in ogni momento con estrema facilità ! La zona esterna è meravigliosa, con barbecue e giardino con alberi di ogni genere. Dalla veranda molto grande vi è una veduta stupenda sulla campagna. Dalla veranda, all'ora dell'aperitivo potrete godere di un tramonto da ricordare. La casa è dotata di ogni confort. Il panorama, la posizione della casa e il cielo stellato la sera vi farà innamorare del luogo. Noi eravamo in 6 e siamo stati benissimo. Torneremo sicuramente per apprezzare la bellezza della Sicilia in questo posto strategico a metà tra la provincia di Trapani e di Palermo.

#### Bellissima vacanza!
Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e discreti. Le fotografie non rendono giustizia al paesaggio in cui la casa è immersa. Vista unica dalle finestre: la campagna siciliana, tramonti e silenzio. L'abitazione è ampia e ben arieggiata. Casa bellissima, pulita, spaziosa e ben tenuta, perfetta per una o due famiglie o tre coppie. Sembra di stare a casa propria.La posizione rispetto alla strada consente il massimo della privacy senza sentirsi isolati, a un passo da un piccolo borgo in cui è piacevole andare la sera a prendere un "vota e sbota" una pizza o piatti tipici del luogo, le spiagge e le belle attrazioni della zona sono facili da raggiungere in auto. Una vacanza da consigliare per chi cerca il riposo e il contatto autentico con la campagna siciliana, sicuramente consigliata anche a chi ha bambini. Noi prima o poi ci torneremo...
