The heat was so loud in the room. I couldn’t even work the thermostat to turn it down., had to just shut it off. The toilet just didn’t flush so that was a problem. I wasn’t the best hotel experience. Was disappointed.
Earl the manager was so fabulous and helpful. All the staff were amazing . Breakfast was so yummy. Bedrooms were so clean and beds so comfy housekeeping was great too
Was great and room was very clean. Pool is a long way from our area of the hotel but still good. Coffee wasn’t very warm but was great to have it offered.
The stay was amazing definitely exceeded my expectations! Really enjoyed this small getaway it was very needed to get my mind together. Thank you for the hospitality!
As only one elevator was working in a hotel with six floors there were long lines. Hoer, maybe not as bad as one may thing. Free breakfast was fine. Bed was comfortable.
Location was convenient for us, but area around is kind of quiet. Well maintained property. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and included.
In general, I like this hotel. I was unhappy with my check-in process this time though. I was there for a conference in the adjoining hotel, and I purposely went to the desk ahead of normal check-in time in order to avoid the rush that I knew would be coming later on in the day. I have back issues, and standing in long lines becomes painful very quickly, and I wanted to avoid that. The staff member at the desk checked me in and took my credit card for incidentals and said that the keys would be waiting for me when I came back. She couldn’t give them to me at that time because the room wasn’t clean yet. Understandable. When I went back later to get the keys however, as expected, the line was extremely long, but unfortunately, no keys had been left and I had to sit and wait in the lobby for an hour until the line was short enough for me to be able to stand in it for a short period of time. The lengthy weight was due to the fact that, despite knowing that there was a convention going on in the other hotel, they only had one person working the desk. Despite the number of people, however, the staff member there at THAT time was lovely and made the process as quick and painless as possible.
Jasmine checked me in. What a wonderful asset she is to your business. I would hire her in a minute. Made everyone feel welcome.
The only thing I would suggest is your parking. Many older people don't or can't scan the square in the dark. If you have to charge guests to park just tell them and add it to the bill.
Worst hotel experience in recent memory.
The main issues were
1) very uncomfortable bed with a super heavy comforter, old and scratchy, that slides off the bed.
2) I found three bugs, one per day, in the room.
I had zero contact with the hotel staff.
The breakfast area was a zoo and breakfast staff hide inside the kitchen. The bathrooms are old carpet dirty and rude front desk. The beds are so uncomfortable stiff. The worth the price look elsewhere, only thing nice was the swimming poo l and location near food places and Target.
It was my first time and honestly I loved everything about it specially the breakfast hands down for me it was a 10/10

Room ceiling has mold and dust. Thick chunks of mold. Woke up coughing and didn’t figure out why until I looked up. Nice to have a good restaurant there. Breakfast edible. Just ok overall.
