The stay was very comfortable. the room was clean. The in room dining was quick and the food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and polite. The reception staff was very courteous especially the 'Afreen' THIS GIRL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. tHE BUFFET AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS TOO GOOD!

Very good hotel with a lot of attention to detail. Daily room service with plenty of water and snacks. Only issue we had was with WiFi which needed to be reset by the staff twice. Convenient location near Gundavli Metro station.

Special mention to Kajal at breakfast and to Razzak in the Pool Area, absolutely been amazing and been very attentive at all times.. Not too far from lonovala. Right next door to park. Room & bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was great & plentiful! Lots of choices to choose from! Made to order omlets, dosas, etc. 9am there was a musical parade of characters. Everyone enjoyed....even my mom! Lol.

The place is just stunning, been so beautifully curated, the structure tells a story of brutalism meets nature, much like the surrounding landscape.
