"My stay at the hotel was overall okay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful whenever I had questions. Having a microwave in the room would be really helpful, especially for guests staying multiple nights or bringing back leftovers. An iron would also be a useful addition for those who need to keep their clothes looking neat during their stay. "This apartment was perfect for our trip. The location is a 5 min walk to a few bus lines, a 10 min walk to the commuter train and a 25 min walk into historic Alcala de Henares. There is a Lidl on the same short street for groceries. The apartment itself is clean and furnished with necessities. Host was responsive to all my questions. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel had plenty of parking and is a few kilometers out of Alcala, the walk into Alcala is quite pleasant through residential areas and parks. We had a lovely meal in the hotel during the evening we were there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dogs were not permitted in the restaurant area( not unusual in Spain) but there was an outside area and a lounge area where dogs were welcome. "
