This beautiful corner independent, 60sq.m. residence is situated in Marpissa, one of the most picturesque Cucladic villages of Paros. The house has been fully refurbished in keeping with modern comforts, traditional elements and artistic atmosphere.
The residence consists of a living room, double and single bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, storage room and a large terrace. It also has a small loft containing two single beds.
Just renovated (March'18), carefully decorated, special lighiting, new appliances and comfortable furniture.Orthopedic mattresses Media Strom Touch, handmade creations & paintings, books & board games.
Excellent location. Distance of one kilometer from the beaches of Piso Livadi, Logaras & Punda where fish taverns and bars can be found, wihile cosmopolitan Naousa is 10 km away. Some othes famous nearly beaches are Molos, the special beach Kalogeros with clay for natural peeling and the sandy Golden Beach ideal for water sports.

Great Lodging option for the Eastern part of Paros
The Eastern part of Paros is a find, and Marpissa is a central location to tour the many interesting places in this region. This "art house" in Marpissa is well-placed and well-stocked to facilitate your enjoyment of the region; everything worked smoothly from the get-go. The host was very responsive with communications, hospitable, and considerate. Truth be told, it is on the main road of the town, so while it is convenient for transportation (including bus), one must make peace with the noise of cars and motorbikes whizzing past. On weekends and holidays, noise can also emanate from the bar/taverna opposite the "art house" till the wee hours. I enjoyed this region more than expected, and staying in the "art house" was a key factor.

Perfect stay in perfect accomodation
Marpissa is a nice small village. This house is perfectly situated with a seaview from the rooftop. The house had a terrace with dinnertable so you can sit outside whenever you like Has the best beds to sleep in, good shower and complete kitchen. Overall beautiful house where you feel at home. Best to have a car for visiting the beaches but transport by bus is also possible. We loved every minute of it. Thank you Nastassa!!!

Agréable maison, bien équipée, décorée avec goût.
Cette maison est très agréable et confortable pour une famille avec grands adolescents. Très bien décorée avec goût. Emplacement dans le magnifique village de Marpissa très appréciable et proche de toutes commodités. Marpissa peut être le point idéal pour sillonner l'île entière. Grande terrasse agréable mais au bord d'une route très passante et bruyante en haute saison. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Belle expérience!
Magnifique logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût par la propriétaire, Natassa, très sympathique et de bons conseils. La maison est située dans le village pittoresque et charmant de Marpissa au bord de la route bien fréquentée en haute saison. En résumé, nous avons apprécié l endroit et avons passé de très belles vacances !
