My entire stay at this property was simply perfect, there wasn’t one thing about my stay that I would change. This property was the true definition of a luxurious 5 star hotel. The customer service was average. I paid a lot of money for my room and the water in the shower wasn’t draining well. I complained twice about it and no one fixed it. Beautiful property, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property is beautiful, spacious, quiet and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate with them at all times through WhatsApp. Because the hotel is quiet, it is a little more remote, 10 minutes from town. But I see this as a positive and not a negative and why we choose this hotel. Taxis or private transfer is the main way to travel. We had daily breakfast and enjoyed the a la carte menu. They also have a buffet but wasn’t hungry enough for the buffet. We wish we could have stayed longer.
