  • The villa, part of a 5-residence complex with a common large swilling pool built in 2018, includes 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave oven, and a fridge, a washer-dryer, flat screen smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions, free wifi at the entire property including outside areas and the swimming pool, luxury linen and towels, as well as free ample private parking at the villa's entrance. Bathrooms have been fully renovated in 2018. The villa is located 400m and 1km from two of the island's best beaches (Santa Maria and Mikri Santa) and a 8minute drive from Naoussa, the island's hot spot, boasting gourmet as well as traditional restaurants, shops and a very good nightlife.
