Great for families with young children, comfortable, with a beautiful view, but there is some noise from the main road, which is just below. It wasn’t easy to find the reception upon arrival because it’s hidden and there are no signs. Our room was on the ground floor, facing the pool, and it was very dark. We couldn’t adjust the air conditioning. The breakfast was not exceptional, but the yogurt was amazing.

The hotel is attractive with lovely views and clean, spacious and modern rooms. The beds are even comfortable with memory foam mattresses which is very rare for Greek hotels. Unfortunately the pillows were not so comfortable and there is no kettle, glasses or cups in the room. The gardens are pretty and well kept. The rope around the pool makes it look unattractive and also less fun for the kids who were also told off by staff and the owner for jumping in, even though the pool rules on the wall said nothing about jumping in being forbidden. The staff were unfortunately not very helpful or friendly. Breakfast is not included and at €16 per person with no reduced price for children it is not a good deal for families to pay - especially for a family like us who has a child with multiple severe allergies. There is a strict policy that you can’t eat at any tables outside if bringing your own food, despite there being no tables in rooms but a stovetop and fridge in family rooms suggesting that cooking would even be encouraged (it is not). Staff were unwilling to provide us more than two spoons and bowls between 8 with which to eat our own cereal. We were also told off for using a spare clothes line even though it was not being used by anyone else. Lastly the location is very cut off along a very busy and dangerous road. You have to take the bus to get anywhere and it is not the best side of the island.

Les chambres sont propres et conformes à la description. Belle piscine et transats à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est simple et efficace. Le personnel est souriant et professionnel. Très beau cadre malgré la proximité de la route, la présence de câbles sur le paysage..l’hôtel étant plutôt isolé il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule. Le parking est d’ailleurs pratique. Malgré toutes les bonnes choses du check in jusqu’au Check out, un détail ne nous a vraiment pas plu: nous avons évacué la chambre et voulions rester moins d’une heure en bord de piscine avant de repartir. Lorsque j’ai demandé UNE serviette (car nous avions surtout peur que le petit prenne froid vu le vent..) la réponse tout sourire à la remise des clés était: “mais ce service est prévu durant votre séjour seulement!”. Nous n’avions même pas utilisé le service depuis notre arrivée et étions prêt à régler un supplément si besoin…une telle réponse - de la gérante même - annule toutes les bonnes impressions sans faute depuis notre arrivée et rappelle que le service est purement intéressé..tout simplement dommage pour l’établissent car le potentiel y est, mais la culture de l’hospitalité n’est pas donnée à tous.

This place is amazing! Green grass, swimming pool, well spread out, the rooms are super comfortable and the staff so friendly. The view was spectacular. You do need a car or motorbike to get there, but you need that to explore the island anyway. Highly recommended!

My stay at Fragoulis Village was amazing!! They were so friendly and helpful. When we got there the owner helped us rent a car, she marked on a map the places we should go on the island and offered to help with anything we needed. The property is super cute. We felt like we were staying at someone's house. It was amazing! I would definitely stay there again!
