Great facilities, but horrible service. Every time I stay there I tell myself "last time" and then give it one more chance and next stay is worse than the previous. Within 2 days and 2h in the spa no service was available there - no bar, no chance to purchase additional spa services. The rooms have such bad walls that at 6am Sunday morning we heard a German lady yelling at her kid and the kid crying - it sounded like they were in our bathroom...

Great hotel - make sure to do the spa!
Went in winter, so didn't get to experience the beach, but had a lovely evening celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. Our main reason for going was for the spa. I love that they let you wear the robes and slippers from the room to and from the spa...and the silent spa experience with the different saunas and Jacuzzis was great (but wish they had one with hot water). Make sure to allow yourself enough time to enjoy it all / don't rush that part. And of course, the bar within the spa area was genius. The massage itself wasn't great - very average - but we still enjoyed the experience. Before bed, we went down to the bar and had a drink and snack - trendy, upscale feel to it. Easy parking, clean, cute rooms, great breakfast with a lot to pick from.

Great location and compliments to the chef. The spa staff do not explain the spa services at all, like pulling teeth....few of us were floundering around trying to figure out the silent spa routine...etc. Then for a 9 AM treatment they left me waiting and forgot so, I left and no one followed up. Cleaning the room...they made the beds but, left towels strewn where they were...strange

Excellent stay
Excellent room with sea view. Downstairs restaurant (Valgre) was excellent. Spa was a bit of a disappointment - smallish with limited variety.

I have been in Hedon several times - and this place has not disappointed me not once! Amazing service, supper comfy rooms and quiet spa is always a good experience. Best place to go with friends to relax and enjoy good food!

The hotel has a very nice view of the beach. Very well located. There wasn’t shampoo, nor contidioner or other amenity than liquid soap.

2 Nights In Parnu
Stayed here for 2 nights on our Baltic road trip. Good location right on the beach, a little bit of a walk to old town but not to bad. Very clean but view is obstructed buy trees so it is a little hard to see the water from you balcony. Room was clean and the swimming area and spa are fantastic.

We have been traveling for 10 days and staying at different hotels and this was by far the best place we stayed at great value for the money. The staff are extremely friendly, the room was large, clean, comfortable, with a quiet room a/c, bathroom spacious, good WiFi, large TV. and a good size balcony to sit out on. A large buffet style breakfast with a large selection of both hot and cold food and drinks (including a champagne) Free parking outside the hotel. As it is right on the beach it is nice for walks. Short distance to the restaurants and bars in the old town. The Spa is attached to the hotel and although we didn’t use it it all looked really nice.

Fantastic hotel and spa - really clean and really comfortable. Spa staff are really attentive, front desk staff are friendly and the restaurant staff are excellent too. The a la carte restaurant is outstanding; I would definitely recommend this, such beautiful food. The one thing I would suggest that could have made this better is if all hotel guests got a slightly reduced rate on all treatments, not just a few. Furthermore, I did receive a few errant emails from the hotel - one in Estonian when my details would show I'm British, so I couldn't read it. The other telling me the restaurants were not available for a date... Which had already passed. This meant a number of occasions I had to email back to clarify things with them, which is a bit annoying. Other than that, fabulous place.

Fantastic experience at Hedon Spa and Hotel
Hedon Spa/Hotel is fantastic! I stayed with two friends - check in was easy and fast, the room was typical of small European hotels but exceptionally clean and the bathroom was spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. We did the mud sauna at the spa and had a great time. The town of Parnu is very charming. The hotel upgraded us for free to a beach view which was very nice. I plan on going back and spending more time there, next time with my husband.

5-star hotel with a 1-star service
I guess this hotel falls into the category where somebody has built a great hotel and then think the work is done. Being a frequent traveller it has not happened often when you see such a bad level service. The most common comment we heard was: "It is not my field of responsibility" and "I don't make decisions here". It started from the reception desk where we found out that we have to pay extra 40-euros / night for our 4-year old daughter. We asked why since she will sleep next to us and the response was that it is for the extra towels (and the extra bed, which we initially did not want). Ok, we say, bring us the things. Ironically during our 2-night stay they never brought neither the extra towel nor the bed! But this was just a start of things. In the spa the half-filled kids pool was colder than adult pool. In the restaurant the service was so bad that literally we were standing and the waitresses would pass by our noses and turn their heads to ignore us. Something was completely wrong in the service in this hotel and it seems that people were not allowed to be accountable of the experience the customers have. If you want a 5* hotel with 5* service then go to Ammende Villa 200 meters away. They do not have a pool in Ammende, but you can easily walk to the spa since it is so nearby.

Very nice hotel by the sea. Comfortable, clean and quite spacious rooms.Very good breakfast. Helpful and outgoing staff. Meanwhile SPA opportunities (standard package) could be better, because there are only two swimming pools and saunas and they are quite small.
