    The staff at front desk are not polite, spoke to me in a rude tone, not prepare to welcome people, and definitely made my stay become a very bad experience. They treated me with no respect, they don’t speak any other language than italian, they told me, that being in Italy, Italian MUST be spoken, so it showed me they might be prepare only to receive locals and not interested in international travelers. In the other hand, the staff at the breakfast restaurant was polite, educated and helpful, the front desk staff needs to take MANY tips/ advices from them. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel and will never again stay in this hotel. I spend more than 100 usd for one night stay and for me it’s was not worth even one penny.

    We stayed for two nights in Parma, Italy. It was a great experience. It was new, modern, comfortable, in a good location and very clean. The breakfast was quite nice. I would definitely stay in one of the hotels again.
