"The service was absolutely amazing with warm welcome from the lady at the reception and valet parking. The rooms are large and comfortable with beautiful historical design. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to Cathedral Square yet quiet. Taking the breakfast with the Baptistery view was also very enjoyable."

"A short winter visit. Chose a small room, which was basic but more than suitable for our needs, no issues with cleanliness. Room got cleaned everyday. Shower worked well, no issues with hot water. AirCon available but didn't use. Radiators could be turned off, room would be hot with them left on, we had no issues with temperature. TV with remote in the room. You could hear other rooms but everything seemed to go silent around 10pm. Found the owners & staff friendly, the hotel felt like a home...
