I got in very early and the man at reception was exceptional! He took care of my suitcases. He was so kind to provide me with a light snack and a bottle of water ect. The entire time in this hotel was filled with wonderful people and exceptional service.

"This is worst Holiday Inn/ IGH property we have ever stayed in. The parking garage had the most horrific smell of sewer, and the room was not cleaned so they tried to spray something to mask the smell but it was the equivalent smelling a barbershop/axe body spray on your sheets.
