Beautiful Oceanfront Townhome in Mexico Beach, Fl

"Perry's Place is well located and very nicely decorated and appointed with everything needed to relax, enjoy the beach, and prepare meals when you do not wish to go to a restaurant. The ground level breezeway is a welcomed edition. In addition to providing ample space for covered parking, grilling, and storage, with comfortable sofa, chairs and picnic table, it is a comfortable place to sit, see the sand and surf, feel the ocean breeze, and dine outside out of the sun. Balconies on both the living level and sleeping level were appreciated. This unit and Mexico Beach in general were more than we expected. One word of caution--If you have difficulty climbing stairs, you should be aware that there are stairs from the beach to the ground level, from the ground level to the kitchen/living level and from the living level to the sleeping level."

"Love bug season created an awful mess. New construction home is beautiful but has some issues to resolve. Place had not been used and since its last cleaning it had not been checked. Love bugs found their way into the house through poor seals and were everywhere. Water had collected in the exhaust fans and poured down when cutting them on. Water damage to the ceiling. These are all construction issues. The host did rectify the bug situation by immediately sending cleaners to go back through the house and clean up. We were also offered a full refund and another house. We stayed at the house because the overall property and layout was right for our size family. The love bugs were still an issue but again that is a construction issue. Once the builder fixes these problems, this will be a great property to stay at."

"We couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay !! The absolute best location! It's .13 miles from the door to the beach entrance! The hosts are amazing and were great to communicate with. It has anything and everything you could want for a nice quiet stay at the best beach town in Florida ! Very clean and beach chairs , towels and umbrella was there free to use ! It will definitely be our go to place to use for the beach !"

"Beautiful property. Very clean & you can tell they consider their guests in all the little details. I really loved the little book with all the guest notes/memories. Worth every penny & so much more. Are is safe & quiet. Beach is so clean & just stunning. Sunsets are to die for."
