Was allocated a disabled access room which meant bathroom was wheel chair friendly but far from luxurious. Ironing board in room was broken, dinner in hotel was disappointing. Hot served wrong meal and was made feel like it was my fault. Overall convenient and good value but not up to previous stays. "
