The house was well equipped and met our varied needs. We loved the location, next to a ski run, that provided sweeping views and spectacular sunsets. Easy drive through the private community to the upper most house closest to the Mountaineer lift. If you are an intermediate skier, you can ski down to the bottom of Mountaineer and take the lift up to access the rest of the mountain. If a beginner, you can walk less than 50 yards up a moderate hill to the top of the Mountaineer lift and ski off an easy green to the rest of the mountain. We reported a leak in the roof but was never addressed. Also, the bunk room bathroom, shower was inoperable. It was never addressed during our stay, the water handle was laying in the tub the whole time. One of the toilet seats was broken.
