First, you will love the location that puts you right in the Park City Canyons Village, where you can walk across the cul-de-sac for ski access, shopping, restaurants, and more! You will also be on the Park City shuttle route for free bus transportation to Kimball Junction, Park City and Deer Valley. The studio-style condominium offers 338 square feet, with the living area quickly converting into sleeping space to accommodate up to four guests. The condo was designed with special attention to form and functionality with comfort as a priority. You will pull up to the front of the building, where the valet will assist you with your luggage and ski/snowboard equipment, and park your car. You will then check in at “Mission Control” (i.e. the front desk), and to the condo on the third floor. Entering the condo, you’ll find convenient coat racks and storage cabinets for your gear and right into the living space. Living area: You find a comfortable sofa, a coffee table that converts into a dining table with seating for four, and a big-screen television with cable programming. The balcony is a great spot to take in the views and mountain air. There is multi-use shelf (when the twin bunk is away) that you can use as desk space or a table for a quick snack. You will find dining chairs tucked away in a cabinet for easy access. Kitchenette: This kitchenette is the ultimate in a functional space and comes with a two-burner stovetop (no oven), microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. You’ll also find utensils and other equipment for easy meal prep. When you’re ready for some shuteye after a day’s activities, you find a queen Murphy bed that folds down over the sofa, and two twin size bunk beds that fold out of the wall, along with a ladder to access the top bunk. Bathroom: The full shared bathroom is well-appointed with quartz counters, a heated towel rack, and a spacious shower. Community Amenities: Valet parking and ski valet with easy access to the gondola and chair lift, Grab-n-Go (for a charge) with snacks and beverages, skier’s lounges, and a communal fitness center when you want to get a quick workout in. There is a game room with skee ball, video games, a pool table, and a shuffleboard table, with access to an outdoor patio with outdoor sofas, fire tables, and great views. It was modern, clean and unique quite honestly how they have maximized space. We spent little time in the room, but when we did, it was easy to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable! The location is great, although it is definitely not "ski-in, ski-out", but not a bad walk to the lifts and given everything else including the price, it was worth it. Our unit could have been better stocked with drinking glasses, but only a minor nuisance. I would highly recommend. Initially, it was very disappointing but the I trip hosts were able to sort out all the issues in a timely manner. I appreciated their prompt response. Overall, I had a positive experience. On the other hand, the property is very close to other hotels and the main center for Canyon village which provided for more dinning options. Being right on the mountain made long days snowboarding a breeze. With so much to do on the property it was the perfect getaway. We really enjoyed our stay. The property is perfectly located a short walk from the ski area, and the ski valet was a major plus. The room is about the size of a typical hotel room, but the Murphy bed and fold up bunk beds add a lot of versatility. Kitchenette was a plus as well, as well as the complementary ski rental for each night of our stay (with the skis brought directly to our room). Great view too! ##### Eric D. The Murphy beds make this a 2 in 1 place to stay. You have the option of leaving them down as a standard hotel room or fold them up for more functional space. The Yotel has all the basic amenities you need and is a short walk to the canyons gondola. You can’t find a better deal on the mountain. ##### Andy M. You must walk uphill a block or so and then climb about 50 stairs in the morning. This is a great location, don't get me wrong, but calling it "ski-in/ski-out" isn't quite accurate. The game room in the lobby is a nice option for added post-skiing fun with the kids, and it's easy to walk back to the base for dinner if you don't want to drive anywhere. Garage is great and convenient for parking, as is the ski and boot storage in the lobby area and just out the back door. ##### Brian S. We had 2 issues: 1/they mention it's ski-in ski-out but it isn't - it's close to the slops but we need to walk with the skis to the lifts. Not much but still cross a road and use steps. 2/we had complimentary ski rentals - they just didn't mentioned it's 10 minutes drive to the location.
