Very good at communication. They fixed the one issue we had during the trip right away. The home was in a perfect location close to the lifts and much bigger than the pictures showed. Comfortable sleeping spaces for everyone, and wonderful gathering areas in kitchen/dining space and den with wonderful sectional sofa that fit all 7 of us.
