The AC did not work and the hot tub was not working. The management company sent someone to look at the AC, they turned it off as it frosted over, common issue they said. AC cannot be set below 73\. I normally would open windows and enjoy the evening breeze, but there are no screens and the hot tub cover did not allow the windows to be opened much. Again, the house is nice and would be wonderful for ski season. ##### Dawn L.
