There is a water line leak in front of the garage. This creates a mess. Since we weren’t permitted to park in the garage, our car sat in either 6” of water or 6” inches of ice. That said, while there is parking for (1) vehicle, it is in a very small driveway on a very tight street, unfortunate when there is snow overnight. This is also a "take off you shoes when you enter" sort of place.....sign just as you come in the door. Not that this is a bad thing...just sets the tone.
