"We loved our stay at this RIU! Was our first time at their resorts. Super clean and cold room which was very nice to come back to after being in the sun all day. The staff were excellent and helpful whenever we needed assistance! Food was delicious, especially the Mexican restaurant."

"The host gave us heads up about the traffic noise. Yet the traffic noise is horrible!! The host was excellent on getting our requests. We had to get paper towels and coffee. It would be nice if things were provided. We were tired and didn’t want to have to go to the store upon arrival. I loved the location. It was walking distance to every thing and the pool was fabulous! We had a great time! "

"The pool was sparking clean. The staff were great. The pictures make it look like it's a bigger property, but it's really small and all 3 towers are separate entrances. It's close to downtown but the location was not quite what I was expecting. The room was tiny. Pictures make it look bigger but were still accurate. Overall it was completely fine. No elevators and no way of knowing when booking that we would be on the second floor. The worst part was the rooms - you can hear everything going on outside. One night a dog across the street was barking for an hour and it sounded like it right outside our door. Not really any fault of the hotel but it was sooooo annoying. The beds were also very hard. Not the worst, but still hard."

"Fabulous pool. Condo was exactly as advertised….clean, comfortable and close to many stores and restaurants. We loved being in the middle of all of the Bucerias activities. You won’t be disappointed."
