"The stay was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the facilities and service were great, the AC kept us comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were delicious. The down sideThe pillows were very small (Decorative). The door in the front left bathroom going to the balcony does not close properly and opens to let in hot humid air, no wash cloths, third room closest to the entrance isMore of a storage room with a queen bed not as advertised with 3 King beds.This is not an ocean front or ocean view condo. It looks over a future construction site that is filled with trash. We would definitely stay here again! The host was great and we were overall very happy!"

"5 Frogs Hotel is situated in a great location on a street that runs parallel to the beach and is lined with many restaurants, bars, and shops just 2 minutes from the beach. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. There are 2 pools. There is also a bar on the premises with large TVs for watching sports etc. The GM, David, is the most courteous, helpful, and friendly person we've met at any hotel or restaurant anywhere. The restaurant/bar staff are great, especially Oscar. The entire operation is run very well. 5 Frogs is an excellent choice when staying in Bucerias."

"The house was gorgeous and comfortable and thoughtfully stocked, but it was the staff that made the stay beyond imagination. Karen prepared beautiful and delicious meals, Ivan made us drinks (over and over) and took care of every need and Angelita kept everything spotless and helped with cooking and serving. What an incredible treat of a lifetime!"

"The host gave us heads up about the traffic noise. Yet the traffic noise is horrible!! The host was excellent on getting our requests. We had to get paper towels and coffee. It would be nice if things were provided. We were tired and didn’t want to have to go to the store upon arrival. I loved the location. It was walking distance to every thing and the pool was fabulous! We had a great time! "
