Sebastian was very responsive and helpful, check-in / out was quick and easy.The apartment could do with a little more equipment (cutlery, bowls etc) to accommodate more than 2 guests, but we managed to cook some meals with what we had. The dishwasher and washing machine were a plus. It is just as described....clean, comfortable and very convenient to the trains and so many wonderful shops, restaurants, the river and so many historic locations.
