My 330sqf flat is located on the top floor of a safe building, with concierge and access code.
All rooms are opening on a 200sqf terrace overlooking the whole city.

You enter by a short corridor hiding a clever fully equipped kitchenette.
Large wardrobes, TV set, Internet, wifi and hi-fi manageable from your own smartphone to listen to your own music and radios.

The small bedroom is equipped with a queensize bed. Queensize convertible in the living room. Bathroom with shower, toilets, washing machine and dryer.

For safety reasons, the apartment can't host children below 12.

I am not in Paris when I rent the flat, but you will receive a guide in English including the use of all appliances and recommendation of nice spots and current events around.
You will be totally on your own during your stay, but I will stay at your disposal by phone for any help.
The apartment is fully cleaned up before your arrival. If you stay more than a week, cleaning is made, bed linen and towels are renewed for free once a week, or more often at extra charge. As long as no guests are leaving the day you arrive, early check-in will not be a problem, otherwise, since we need time to prepare the flat for you, there is a luggage drop-off service at the supermarket downstairs.
