-Lost or forgotten keys
Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, the guest will be fully responsible for the costs.

-Items Left Behind
We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the traveler requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.
