On the 4 th floor (no lift), very sunny and quiet , it has one bedroom on the mezzanine (bed queen size) and another single bed downstair. It is available for 2/3 persons . The apartment is comfortable, charming, and in a fabulous location. It’s just a block or so from the St Michel Metro station which puts it in the middle of Paris. Having visited Paris many times, I chose the Loft precisely because of its location in the 6th arrondisement/Monnaie. It was worth getting in shape for the stairs! There is a boulangerie across the street, and a Carrefour Express around the corner for groceries. Restaurants and cafes are everywhere. We cooked a little and took advantage of both the dishwasher and the washing machine because we stayed just about two weeks. Though it is very small, we were pleased to find a shower in addition to a bathtub. With a convenient Metro station, we toured all over old Paris, and in February the crowds were not overwhelming. Close to almost everything you want to see. Plus shops and restaurants galore. We had a wonderful time. If I were a picky person I would say the apartment feels like a rustic lived in home not a modern rental at all but that gives it charm and we were satisfied Also the stairs to the loft are slippery in socks!! ##### Nancy M.
