The Urban Flat In Paris team is delighted to welcome you to this former haute couture workshop, measuring 65m² and fully renovated. For several decades, it specialized in embroidery for renowned luxury brands.   
  
It is located a 15-minute walk from Montparnasse train station and just 10 minutes on foot from the famous Rue de la Gaîté, known for its concentration of theaters.   
  
The location is ideal, right in the heart of Paris, just a 15-minute metro ride from major tourist attractions such as the Louvre, the Marais, the Eiffel Tower, and more.   
  
The loft is situated on the ground floor, at the back of the courtyard of a typically Parisian building.   
  
This building is secured by a digital code.   
  
The loft has a private entrance in the inner courtyard of the building.   
  
As you enter, you will find the living room with a dining area and an open kitchen.   
  
A bathroom with a toilet completes the living space.
