It is furnished with a sofa bed, decorative fireplace and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing machine in the property and a drying rack is provided. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is street-facing with a double size bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Both the Pompidou Center and the Louvre Museum are within walking distance to the flat. The beautiful Palais Royal and its secret gardens are also close by. With its close proximity to the Metro station Etienne Marcel (Line 4), Chatelet - Les Halles (RER A, RER B, RER D, Line 1, Line 7, Line 11, Line 14) , accessing other areas of Paris is very easy. Just hop on the train to reach Opera, the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The place is all about location — right in the heart of the iconic Montorgueil area, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment has high ceilings and beautiful big windows that add to its charm. The flat was comfortable and exactly what we needed for our stay.
