⚠️The stairs leading to the bedroom are steep and narrow, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Besides, it has no window in the bedroom.

⚠️⚠️ The living room/kitchen is on the ground floor facing the street, right next to a restaurant. There may be some noise in the evening, but since the bedroom is in the basement, the noise is greatly muffled.
