Living room: A spacious, welcoming living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table. Ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Kitchen: Fully-equipped open kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and all the utensils you need to cook delicious meals.

Master bedroom: Cosy room with double bed, dressing room and TV.

Bedroom 2: Cosy, elegant room with double bed and small wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: Charming bedroom with double bed, small wardrobe and private bathroom.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo.

Toilet: Two WCs, one integrated into one of the bathrooms and the other separate, with its own washbasin, for added convenience.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi included. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and a set of towels per person are provided to make you feel at home.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment has no air conditioning to cool it down. During heatwaves it gets very hot inside, including at night in the bedrooms. If you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account.
* Sound insulation is poor: noise from the neighbouring apartments, especially the one upstairs, can be heard inside. Light sleepers may be disturbed.
* One of the three bedrooms is an interior room with no window. It gets no natural light and cannot be aired, so it is not well suited to guests who value daylight.
* The double beds in the bedrooms are 140 or 160 cm wide. The 140 cm beds are tight for two adults, which matters for groups of friends who do not sleep as couples.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, a 2-minute walk from Réaumur Sébastopol metro station (lines 3 and 4), in a 110 m² (1,184 sq ft) apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an equipped open kitchen.

Important information: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator, but it is strictly prohibited to use the elevator with suitcases or luggage. Luggage must be carried up the stairs. Failure to comply, resulting in the elevator becoming jammed or breaking down, will incur a repair fee of €1,000, which may be charged to the guest responsible.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, and you have access to the entire property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
