What isn't walkable, there's a subway stop in close proximity. Communication was excellent with a detailed step-by-step guide. Property itself was wonderful though some of the interior (furniture) showed some wear and tear. I want to first state that the property is excellent and we would book again - that being said, you'll need to be prepared to lug all your belongings up 2 flights of stairs. The first flight of stairs is...ok...the second flight however would widely be considered "death stairs" in most circles. So just be advised that unless you have a Nepali Sherpa you travel with you'll need to haul up your bags.
