Elegant, spacious, and fully equipped on two levels, with quality furnishings and decorations by renowned professionals, my apartment combines comfort and modernity, making it ideal for a successful stay in the capital with family or friends.

Located on a quiet street, this apartment boasts an exceptional location. Enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood while being just steps from shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions.  
It's the ideal starting point for exploring the city while enjoying a pleasant setting.  
This 110 m² ground-floor apartment is carefully designed for your comfort:  
  
On the 1st level  
• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed  
• 1 open-plan kitchen: fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washer-dryer, and oven  
• 1 full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet  
  
On the lower level (accessible by stairs)
