Superb air-conditioned apartment located between Boulevard Saint-Michel and Boulevard Saint Germain, an emblematic artery in the heart of Paris. This district, rich in history and culture, offers an unforgettable experience to visitors from around the world.  
  
My high-end accommodation, renovated and tastefully decorated, is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends.

62m2 apartment located on the 1st floor, fully air-conditioned which includes:  
  
\- Living room with 1 sofa bed, TV, Wifi  
  
\- A fully equipped open kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washer-dryer) with 1 central island with chairs  
  
\- 1 bedroom with double bed and shower room with toilet  
  
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
