Magnificent fully air-conditioned 2-bedroom Parisian apartment for 6 people, on the 4th floor with elevator, ideally located in the heart of Paris. The apartment is located 300 meters from the famous avenue Montaigne and a few meters from rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. You can stroll along the Champs Élysées, the most beautiful avenue in Paris...  
Tastefully decorated, this apartment will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.  
  
Sublime 80m2 apartment which includes:  
\- Living room with sofa bed, 1 large table with chairs, TV, wifi  
\- A fully equipped American kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, washing/drying machine)  
\- 2 bedrooms with 160 cm double bed  
\- 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet  
  
The cleaning fee includes clean linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.  
  
We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, check-in begins at 4 p.m. and there is an additional cost for late arrivals:  
From 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.: 30 euros  
After 11 p.m.: 50 euros

Place de la Concorde is just 10 minutes away on foot, the Eiffel Tower 10 minutes away by taxi.  
You will be in a chic area with many luxury boutiques and many restaurants. There are many shops for shopping, such as supermarkets and pharmacies.  
You will be very well served by public transport.
