Located in front of Luxembourg garden, close to Quartier latin, this large, cozy and calm studio is ideal for 2 people. Close to shops and transports, this accommodation will be the perfect choice for a stay in the capital city.   
  
This very attractive 39 m² apartment with exposed beams, located on the 5th floor with elevator in a luxury building, comprises :  
\- a bright, comfortable living room,  
\- a mezzanine with queen-size bed (160 cm),  
\- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher),  
\- bathroom with shower,  
\- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities, fan,  
\- Wi-Fi and TV.  
  
Please note the additional fees below for :  
\- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€  
\- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

Two steps away from Quartier latin, you will be at the heart of the intellectual and cultural Paris, in the universities, theaters and literary cafés area. Numerous activities will be accessible on foot, and you will have the choice between a lot of museums, restaurants, or just to stroll around the beautiful Luxembourg garden, situated in front of the building. You will be able to access to the Panthéon in 5 min on foot, to Luxembourg museum in 10 min and you will have a theater at the foot of your building. Saint-Jacques street will delight you with its numerous restaurants, we advise you among others Le Risalé traditional restaurant.
