This nice and modern studio of 30 sq. m is located on the 1st floor with elevator and is equipped with : \- a nice 11 sq. m terrace, \- a living-room with a sofa-bed, \- a night corner with a double bed, \- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge), \- a bathroom with shower, \- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, high chair, \- TV, WI-FI and fan. The host spoke very little English so it was a challenge to understand him. The deck and microwave were very dirty.
