 This 50 m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.

 \- A kitchen area (fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, etc.)  
 \- A sleeping area with double bed and SMART TV  
 \- A shower room and WC  
 The apartment is composed of a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a dining table and a coffee table and a fan. A Smart TV is also present in the living room. It is also equipped with a kitchen with washing machine and oven and a bathroom. We also provide you with a master bedroom with a double bed and a Smart TV.
